The Rochdale Plant manufactures a broad range of springs and pressings including compression, tension, torsion, wireforms, circlips, spring pressings, mild steel pressings etc.  We offer a design/testing service using IST software and finite element analysis.  Approvals include ISO 9000, CAA, British Aerospace, Rolls Royce, Lucas, Dowty, Borg Warner, BNFL, etc.  We have full heat treatment and electroplating facilities with controlled de-embrittlement, together with in-house shot peening.
