CNC wire coiling range of 0.2mm to 14.5mm wire diameter in pre-hardened silicon chrome, carbon steel, stainless steel (including 17/7ph, 302, 316), nickel alloys and copper alloys plus 10.0mm to 19.5mm wire diameter in annealed chrome vanadium. Round, square, flat and oval sections. Parts manufactured to order in quantities from 1 to 10,000,000. Comprehensive in-house facilities include shot peening, heat treatment, hot pre-stressing, CNC load testing, fatigue testing and crack testing.
