Lion Springs Ltd manufactures all types of quality springs, pressings and wire forms.  Compression, tension and torsion springs from various materials including square section, in sizes from 0.005" (0.1mm) to 0.875" (22mm) in large and small quantities.  Flat springs and pressings from materials up to 0.128" (3.25mm).  Wire forms are produced in materials up to a thickness of 0.500" (12.7mm).  The Automated Production Department has facilities for the manufacture of large quantities of coil springs in wire diameters from 0.015" (0.38mm) to 0.252" (6.40mm).  Extensive material stock range includes carbon and stainless steels, nickel alloy steels, Inconel/Monel and alloy steels (chrome-vanadium etc).  Non-ferrous alloys include phosphor bronze, brass and beryllium copper.  Design and development services available.  We manufacture to customers' specifications and requirements, and supply to all industries.  Quality approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and AUX/SA/001-1.
